Lesson 2.1: different people, different diet
Nutritional requirement is the amount of each type of nutrient a person need.
Nutritional requirement change with our age, gender, body weight, and activities we perform.

Lesson 2.2 Product label
Product label give us information about the food product we eat.
Some information in product label:
-          Serving size
-          Nutrition facts
-          ‘Use by’ date
-          Ingredient list
-          Precautionary measures

Lesson 2.3 effect of food additives
Food additives maintain the quality of the food, and improve its taste and appearance.
Common food additives: sugar, salt, vinegar.
Food additives effect
-          Short term: un-easiness in stomach, urge to vomit, giddy feeling, diarrhea, faster heartbeat, skin problems, headache.
-          Long term: higher chance of heart disease and cancer, organ not working properly.
